The Fenit Lodge project involved the construction of a rear extension and contemporary kitchen renovation designed to maximise natural light and take full advantage of the surrounding Kent countryside views.

The client wanted to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a strong connection to the outdoor space. Large glazing and modern sliding doors were central to the design, helping to create a bright and calming living environment that seamlessly opened onto the garden.

Works included the construction of a rear extension, installation of a bespoke modern kitchen, and the addition of large sliding glass doors designed to frame panoramic countryside views while improving indoor-outdoor flow.

Completed over a four-month period, the project successfully transformed the property into a modern and highly functional family living space.
