A strong focus was also placed on energy efficiency, natural light, and high-quality finishes throughout the home.

The project included all construction works associated with a full new build property, from groundwork and structural construction through to internal finishes, external works, and final detailing. Large windows were incorporated throughout the property to maximise natural light and create bright, open living spaces ideal for modern family life.

Completed over a ten-month period, the finished home delivered a spacious and highly functional living environment with premium craftsmanship throughout. Features included underfloor heating, solar panels, energy-efficient insulation systems, bespoke bathrooms, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen designed for entertaining and day-to-day family use.

The client was especially pleased with the overall finish, quality of workmanship, and the seamless flow between the internal living spaces and outdoor areas.
